As an analytics engineering and business intelligence professional with more than 20 years in technology and over 13 years in BI and data delivery, I bring hands-on problem solving, operational understanding and the ability to guide people from a business need through technical delivery.
My experience in business ownership, IT operations and analytics helps me see both the business question and the systems behind it. I translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions, connect data sources, build pipelines and reusable models, and establish shared business logic. Governance, validation and automation help make that information consistent, trustworthy and useful.
I also build teams, coach contributors and coordinate work across business and technical groups. I apply approved artificial intelligence tools to development, troubleshooting, research and reporting, with validation against source data and business requirements.
